Multi-instrumentalist Eizaz Azhar plays his own rendition of the Christmas carol "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing" arranged for soprano, alto, tenor saxophone, piano and bass guitar. The carol is based on a melody by the great composer Felix Mendelssohn, originally created to celebrate the anniversary of the printing press by Johann Gutenberg (also known as the Gutenberg Cantata). Eizaz's setup is as follows:

JodyJazz HR5 mouthpieces on soprano and tenor + Rico H Ligature
JodyJazz DV7 mouthpiece on alto + JodyJazz Ring Ligature
Rico Reserve 2.5 reeds on all horns

The student band from Mama Treble Clef plays under the tutorship of Malaysian multi-instrumentalist Eizaz Azhar. The band consists of students of various instruments who began from scratch for just under a year, so do forgive our mistakes (and the not-so-good singing!) The band's repertoire consists of classic rock and pop songs, sing-alongs and oldies - we're just a bunch of guys who want to have some fun! The Senior Band consists of:

A Malaysian In China - Man Bai's Kau Ilhamku

Multi-instrumentalist Eizaz Azhar plays the classic Malay song Kau Ilhamku by Man Bai at a street in the middle of Shanghai. Behind is the famous Pearl Telecommunication Tower and the latest shopping mall.
